Refund & Returns Policy – Lumin Print Company

At Lumin Print Company, we aim to provide high-quality custom print products, including stickers, prints, flyers, business cards, and other personalised items.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.


1. Custom and Personalised Items

  • All custom-made or personalised products are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under UK law.

  • Once you have approved your digital proof or the order has entered production, we cannot accept cancellations.

  • Please check proofs carefully before approval, as any errors approved in the final proof are the customer’s responsibility.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from your approved proof:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

  1. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

  2. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer:

    • Replacement of the item, or

    • Refund of the purchase price.

  • Please note: minor variations in colour, finish, or size due to printing processes are not considered faults.


3. Returns for Non-Custom Items

  • For non-personalised products (if any), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The product must be returned in unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


4. Refunds for Shipping Errors

  • If we dispatch the wrong product or your order is lost in transit:

    • Contact us promptly with your order details.

    • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Contact us with your order details and reason for the exchange.

  • Custom or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
