Welcome to Lumin Print Company!

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lumin Print Company. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account.

  • Products may vary slightly in colour, finish, or appearance due to screens, materials, or printing processes.

  • All products are custom-made or personalised. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. By ordering, you acknowledge that customised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under UK law.

  • Customers must approve digital proofs where required before production. Errors approved in the final proof are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are for guidance and may change without notice.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered faulty.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

  • Your order is an offer to purchase and is only accepted once payment is processed.

  • Orders are for personal or business use, not for resale.

  • Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy [LINK].

  • Customers must carefully review their proofs and final files before approving production.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices and promotions may change without notice.

  • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, or import/customs charges unless stated.

  • You must provide accurate, complete payment and account information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk passes to the customer once goods are handed to the carrier.

  • While risk passes at dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations for lost or delayed parcels.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, trademarks, images, and designs are owned by Lumin Print Company or our licensors.

  • Materials may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Unauthorized use may violate UK and international intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

  • Links to third-party websites or tools are provided “as is”.

  • We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party services. Use at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

  • Lumin Print Company is powered by Shopify.

  • All purchases are made directly with Lumin Print Company.

  • Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase or transaction.

SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK

  • By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

  • You confirm that you have the rights to your feedback and that it does not violate third-party rights.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

  • We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.
